A-rated SIP panel extension on a semi-detached house for a family in South Dublin.
A straight forward layout – no large structural adjustments of the existing house.
The kitchen window became a breakfast bar, and you walk into the extension through the opening of removed double doors.
Eight skip-loads of topsoil was excavated from rear garden to create a sufficient area for the project.
The remaining garden got supported with retaining wall with steps in the middle. Two Velux roof windows to boost in the daylight. We rearranged the sewer stack and made it despair inside the extension wall alongside with rainwater downpipe.
Nice and effective way to gain an extra room to your house.
